Cove Harbor Facilities
The Humboldt Bay Harbor, Recreation and Conservation District is responsible for maintaining the Shelter Cove Harbor Facilities including the boat launch ramp, jetty breakwater and the fish cleaning station.

This analysis studied wash rock surfing, erosion and other concerns raised during the preliminary design.
